I have always loved books and been an avid reader,  I was lucky enough to have a family that shared my passion for reading. In particular, my late mother would always be found engrossed in a book when she had the time.

I am a mum, wife, grandmother and teacher. I have taught Kindergarten, through to Adult Education, and Literacy has always played a primary focus in my teaching. I believe that literacy opens doors and empowers individuals to reach their full potential.

Writing a book has always been a dream of mine, and I am so excited to begin with a Picture Book, inspired by our grandson and all the wonderful children that I have taught.
